SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location and are shown at the checkout.

SHIPPING AREAS

Shipping to outside Canada is available only for non-alcoholic products. Please email info@ontariosake.com to place an order for non-alcoholic products shipping to U.S. and other countries.

SHIPPING SPEED

We ship within 3 business days via Canada Post or a third party freight company.

Our shipping hours are Monday - Wednesday, excludes holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

If your order does not include any bottled product it will be shipped via Canada Post and delivered to your nearest Post Office.

If you are outside of the following region it will be shipped via Canada Post and delivered to your nearest Post Office.

Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Gloucester

If your order includes any bottled product and you are within the above region our delivery partner will deliver to your door.
Please tell us when you are home to receive your order and any instructions you would like our delivery partner to know. Example: Please leave my package at the door step.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Canada Post is no longer delivering packages directly to homes. Your order will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post office and you will be notified by Canada Post when you can pick up your order.
Our delivery partner will deliver to your home address. Please indicate when you can receive your order at the checkout or email us .

PICK UP

Pick up is available at our brewery/retail store at 51 Gristmill Lane, Toronto Ontario during pickup hours.
