**Due to the requirement for proof of age and a signature when delivering alcoholic products, if a delivery is attempted but not received, Canada Post will take the package to a local pickup location. If the package is not collected within approximately two weeks, it will be automatically returned to us.
In this case, you can choose one of the following options:
A: Receive a refund for the cost of the package, minus the shipping fees, or
B: Arrange a second delivery attempt, which will incur an additional delivery fee.

Shipping outside Canada is available for non-alcoholic and non-edible products only. Cosmetics, apparel, glass and ceramic ware are eligible for delivery outside Canada.
