1. Eligibility
  • Open to individuals aged 19 years or older who are residents of Canada.
  • The prize must be picked up at IZUMI Sake Brewery at 51 Gristmill Lane, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4.
  • Employees of IZUMI Sake Brewery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
  • No purchase necessary to enter.
2. Promotion Period
  • The promotion starts at 12:45 PM (Eastern Time) on June 12, 2025, and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on June 12, 2025.
3. How to Enter
  • To participate, sign up for the IZUMI Sake Brewery email newsletter during the Promotion Period by providing a valid email address and consenting to receive marketing communications from IZUMI Sake Brewery.
  • Limit one entry per person.
4. Special Offers
  • All new subscribers during the Promotion Period will receive a 10% discount coupon valid for use on the by-the-glass menu at IZUMI Sake Brewery, located in Toronto’s Distillery District.
    • The coupon is valid for one-time use only.
    • Cannot be combined with other offers.
    • Must be redeemed in person.
    • The coupon is valid until October 31, 2025.
  • All new subscribers will be automatically entered for a chance to win one (1) original IZUMI t-shirt (approximate retail value: $20 CAD).
5. Prize Draw Details
  • One (1) winner will be selected by random draw conducted by IZUMI Sake Brewery within 14 days following the close of the Promotion Period.
  • The selected entrant will be notified via email and required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
  • If the selected entrant does not respond within 7 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Privacy
  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by IZUMI Sake Brewery for the purposes of administering this promotion and sending marketing communications.
  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
7. General Conditions
  • IZUMI Sake Brewery reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
  • This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
