To ensure you receive your gifts in time for the holidays, we have set a cut-off date for orders. Please place your orders by the end of December 19th to ensure deliver by Christmas.

**Please note that delivery times outside of Ontario may take longer than within Ontario. The delivery date for areas outside Ontario is not guaranteed.
Additionally, if the package contains alcoholic products, proof of age and a signature will be required upon receipt. If a delivery is attempted but not received, Canada Post will take the package to a nearby pickup location. (You cannot select the delivery date.)

**Pickup during the Distillery Winter Village
Pickup between Dec 12 and Dec 31
MON-SUN: In-store pickup is available before 3:30 pm.
After 4 pm, due to ticket purchases required to enter the Distillery District, an IZUMI staff member must bring your order to the entrance.
(Dec 25 and Jan 1: CLOSED)
If you wish to come to pick up your order during the ticketing hours, please let us know which date and approximate time you would like to come.
