2024 Holiday Shipping Cut-off Date

Dear Valued Customer,

To ensure you receive your gifts in time for the holidays, we are establishing a cut-off date for orders. Please place your orders by the end of December 14th to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

We will follow the private courier's shipment schedule since Canada Post operations are currently suspended. Orders placed after December 15th will be shipped out on either January 2nd or 3rd.

**Important notice regarding delivery outside Ontario and some areas within Ontario

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of orders being shipped outside of Ontario and to some areas within Ontario due to disruptions in Canada Post services. During this disruption, mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered. Once Canada Post operations resume, we will ship out all pending orders. If you need to receive your order urgently, you may consider using another courier service; however, please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.
